Commercial Real Estate loan $850,000
We retained Mayfair to facilitate $1,200,000.00 which we needed in order to purchase a commercial property in Suffolk County,NY. After we paid the $9200 the process was suppose to take 30 business days. Mayfair Advisors, Ltd did facilitate $850,000 but this occurred 30 days over the schedule and for a lesser amount. Also instead of 3 points at closing it ended up being 7. I was only advised that it would be 7 points two days before closing. At that point I didn t want to lose the deal. Harry

Treated like dirt by shop owner
Recently while at this store with my sister I recieved terrible service by a lady I believe was the owner. She was rude to my sister and I as well as another costumer. As other costumers were leaving she commented on how bad they smelled, talked down about young people that need assistance from their parents, a couple had walked into the store and she whispered that they smelled like they just came out of the bar. Getting frustrated I said that I was really in a hurry to go she screamed at me and said I was not her costumer and to get out. This was absolutley ridiculous.

Buyer Beware
This company and the owners, Amy Miles Hassinger, and Dr Jim Hassinger are not honest and stole money and equipment from me. This was before the internet was prevalent several years back and I took them to court and won a judgement. Amy Miles went mia and used amy patrice and amy landry and then I found out she and Dr Hassinger used the 30500 to buy their farm together. You can see the court docs on rate my horse pro. These are not trustworthy people. Not only did she buy less than quality horses, (i found out from her friend Bethany so they could both make money off me) I ended up selling at a fraction of the price or donating after years of trying to sell them. I purchased a trailer through her from " a friend" and she put her own name on the title. Please stay away form this company.

cavallo farm
Mike Bertozzi is a god trainer. BUT the farm itself needs work. The board is $890 per month. The indoor ring is rather small & can only really fit one rider/horse comfortably. there is a metal barn with outside stalls which are dark,no windows/bars & flood when it rains. it's just a metal box...no indoor bathroom,no sink. so it's just a cold porta john for a bathroom. no tack room.just dirty tack lockers for boarders.everything is filthy. the lounge needs a very good cleaning. mold in the re fridge..horses don't get the personal care they need...... so you're paying $890 only for the cavallo name, for the mike Bertozzi name.....better just to go to a nicer barn with a decent price and bring mike to you.

The name says it all
Like the name says "Dynamite" these cars will blow up as soon as you sign the paperwork and leave the lot some the next day some within the month I say just stay away DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE! There are better honest dealers out here not this place they took my money and he car and told me to sue them basically Now im having to pawn my things just to get around These guys are CROOKS! and will SCAM YOU!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! Spread the word to anyone and everyone to stay away from this company and the people who own this company! They don't pay they steal lie and cheat. White collar criminals. The state of OH NEEDS to step in and shut these people down for good! This would be for the common good of the people! It would bring justice to over 500 people and or organizations easy...there are probably more!

Unhealthy resturant
Islands Roti Delight, 1480 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach was temporarily closed June 29 for having 6 critical violations that included roach activity. A health and safety inspector found 20-30 dead roaches on the bottom of a prep table and 14 live roaches in the kitchen: on a dish rack, prep table and on the kitchen floor. On July 5, more roaches were observed: 3 live bugs at the front counter under a trash can and 1 on a wall near the cook line. The business was allowed to reopen July 6 with zero critical violations remaining. A person who answered the restaurant phone declined to take a message for the owner.

Great Experience
Was in town on business. Glasses decided to go astray. Saturday morning thought I was out of luck. But I did call and very pleasant lady told me to come down anytime before 1PM. I did and she repaired my glasses and refused to take a dime. I am going to remember to put my prescription in wallet and buy some extras from these nice people next time I am in Pearsall. They can mail them to me if the need be. I am firm believer in spending my money with people I would be proud to have come to my house.

cogo's rt. 48 Elizabeth twp.
This cogo's is not a very friendly place to stop to purchase fuel,food or whatever your need's are. The problem is with a employee named Patty who has a problem with everything from were you park to how often you stop purchase items.My company will deal with Bp down the road.

Best Auto Repair Shop in Boulder!
These guys are amazing - I will never take my car to anyone else. I had my car breakdown on a Friday afternoon in rush hour traffic; it's a BMW 3 Series. It turns out that my alternator went bad. My vehicle was towed there quickly, they were able to offer me several options for repair, and the work was done the next business day. They also have a great deal with the rental car company which helped. Thanks Jeremiah and Mike!
